Job Responsibilities

Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Place or cancel orders.
Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
Act as the company gatekeeper.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Handle product recalls.
Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.

Skills
Must have good communication skills.
Must have a good approach to work.
Must have a good understanding of the English language.
Must have a attained a good level of Education.


Qualifications:
Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
With good oral communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work
At least 1year of experience in the related field is an advantage.
Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
